The founder of Hyperion Legal Nurse Consulting, Javier Garcia, works with a team of highly qualified Certified Legal Nurse Consultants offering you expert services for any type of medical case.

Javier received his RN Associates degree from the University of Texas-Pan American in 1997, graduating 5th in his class. In 2003, Javier became a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) and in 2005 received his Legal Nurse Consultant certification from the Vickie Milazzo Institute, the pioneering institute and the authority in the field of legal nurse consulting. Javier is also an active member of the Emergency Nursing Association and the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants.

Javier has 10 years of experience in the hospital environment, specializing in ER, pre-hospital transport, critical care transport,
and flight nursing. His focus is emergency medicine and ER, an environment in which he has always assumed an active role in
educating the patient.

Above all, as a traveling nurse, Javier is accustomed to different hospital environments, and can address cases anywhere.
